A product is eligible for return if:

• The product is unused, unwashed, and undamaged
• The product is in its original packaging with tags intact
• The item was not purchased during a sale or clearance (unless defective)

• Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper care
• Items showing signs of wear, washing, or alteration

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is:

• Damaged
• Defective
• Incorrect (different from what was ordered)

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Order ID
• Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.

5. Return Shipping

• If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product), return shipping will be borne by Kapoor Handloom.
• For other approved returns, return shipping charges may be borne by the customer.
• We recommend using a reliable courier service with tracking.

6. Refund Policy

• Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
• Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment only.

• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
• Cash-on-delivery (COD) refunds may be processed via bank transfer or store credit
