3. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly mentioned at checkout.
• Any additional charges (such as remote area fees) are levied by courier partners and are non-refundable.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

• Delivery timelines vary depending on location and courier partner.
• Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days from the date of dispatch.
• Delivery delays may occur due to weather conditions, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

5. Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS.
• You can track your shipment using the link provided by the courier partner.

6. Delivery Attempts

• Courier partners will attempt delivery 2–3 times.
• If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal, the order may be returned to us.
• Re-shipping charges may apply in such cases.

7. Address Accuracy

• Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery details.
• Kapoor Handloom is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

8. Damaged Packages

• If the outer packaging appears damaged at the time of delivery, please do not accept the package and inform us immediately.
• If damage is discovered after delivery, notify us within 48 hours with clear photos/videos.

9. Lost or Delayed Shipments

• In rare cases of lost shipments, we will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue.
• Kapoor Handloom shall not be liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural calamities, or force majeure events.

10. Change of Shipping Address

• Shipping address changes can be requested before dispatch only.
• Once the order is shipped, address changes are not possible.
